Since its founding in 1990 by James Baird, The Pouch Cove Foundation (incorporated in 1997) has provided a retreat for more than one thousand visiting artists from around the world, at its facilities on the Northern Avalon Peninsula in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Members of the collective have been invited for a residency for June, 2025.
