John Rubino
John Rubino is a seasoned arts professional with a diverse background in project management, exhibition coordination, and international partnerships. Formerly the Events and Exhibitions Coordinator at OCAD University, he played a crucial role in managing key university events. With over 15 years of experience as a Consultant for Exhibitions and Programs, including roles at the Royal Ontario Museum and the Venice Biennale, John brings expertise in exhibition research, planning, and public program development. His commitment to education is evident through his tenure as a Visual Arts/Drama Teacher for the Toronto District School Board since 2004. Additionally, as the Co-Founder and Festival Director of the Nuit Rose Festival of Queer Art and Performance in Toronto, John led the visioning and strategic planning for six festival cycles, demonstrating his passion for the arts and project coordination in the cultural sector.
